About the Project

This video depicts the project design assessed by the Environment Effects Statement, which has since progressed.

While the video depicts the Avalon substation option and an option for the underground electrical infrastructure to travel along Grills Road at the Melbourne Water Western Treatment Plant, these options have now been discarded (as of late June 2026).
