Expressions of Interest now open

Vopak is now seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for:

1) Engineering, Procurement and Construction / Installation (EPCI) Execution for the following potential contract / package options:

• Overall EPCI Contract (includes Offshore and Onshore). 

• Offshore only EPCI Contract.  

• Onshore only EPCI Contract.  

EOI responses for the EPCI Contract will be assessed for selection for the Request For Proposal (RFP) for the proposed Contract packages. Following evaluation of the unpriced RFP submissions a shortlist of tenderers will undertake an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) pricing exercise which will be performed under a Request For Tender (RFT). Following evaluation of the final RFT submissions a single Contractor will be recommended for award of the Contract for the works / package. 

2) Individual Packages (Offshore and Onshore):

• Marine Terminal (Structures & Topsides) (Supply/ Fabrication and/or Installation)

• Subsea Cable (Supply and/or Installation)

• Subsea Gas Pipeline (Supply and/or Installation)

• Shoreline Crossing Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)

• Gas Receiving Station (GRS) (Supply/ Fabrication and/or Construction/ Installation)

• Onshore Gas Pipeline (Supply and/or Installation)

Following receipt of your EOI response, your organisation’s details will be registered.

Request For Proposals (RFPs) will be issued for the individual contract/ packages at a later date. This will either be from the Project EPCI Contractor(s) or Vopak directly.

All activities related to the above EOI/ RFP process will be facilitated via ICN Gateway.
