EES Chapters
The EES chapters provide an overview of the project, its impacts and how Vopak proposes to manage these impacts.
Chapters one through seven outline the project description, rationale, development and alternatives, legislative framework, stakeholder consultation and the assessment framework. Chapter 16 provides a conclusion for the EES.
Chapters eight through 14 overview the cultural, environmental, social and economic impacts identified in the technical appendices.
Chapter 15 is the Environmental Management Framework and details the environmental mitigation and management commitments proposed by Vopak.
The chapters are provided in PDF and Word format, except for Chapter 10: Aboriginal cultural heritage. It is provided in PDF only because some elements have been redacted based on guidance from the Registered Aboriginal Parties (RAPs).
